WeBeSailing  (British Virgin Islands sailing charter booking procedures)

Making your sailing  holiday reservation is very simple. Once you established availability onboard s/v WeBeSailing for your vacation dates, an option* will be placed on the boat for you.

*Note: An option is a tentative booking which is usually held for 7 days, allowing time for you to book your flights and send your deposit payment.

Once an option has been placed on your preferred dates:

• You will be required to sign an agreement and return it via e-mail at WeBeSailing@yahoo.com.
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit must be received within 7 to 10 days of placing the option on the boat. See method of payments sections for available options.
• The balance owning is due and payable 45 days in advance of arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel subject to the following charges:

• Written notice must be sent to us with of your intention to cancel your reservation.  
• Should you cancel 90 or more days prior to the commencement of your vacation, a full refund will be granted.
• Should you cancel between 46 and 89 days prior to the commencement of your vacation a forfeiture of 25% of the charter fee will be assessed.
• Cancellation within 45 days prior to your arrival will result in 50% forfeiture of all fees paid.
• A one-time rescheduling will be permitted without penalty, so long as it is done within 45 days prior to original booking.
